The Process
Browse an auction on GetmoBID.com. We encourage you to contact our auction representatives, whose contact information is included on the auction property page.
Before you bid do your research, we recommend you undertake your own research of the property you're considering. To help you further, each property comes with a Buyer Information Pack – you may want to check this over. You’ll need to make sure you can meet the Auction Terms and Conditions, and that you have the funds to cover any relevant deposit and fees.
Register to Bid - Once you’re ready to bid, you’ll see an option to “register to bid” alongside the property details. From there, follow the on-screen prompts to complete your registration. This will involve providing some personal information, deposit to bid and agreeing to the Auction Terms and Conditions.

You will receive confirmation via email and WhatsApp once your registration to bid has been successfully approved.

The confirmation email will include a link to the GetmoHUB Auction Platform, along with your username and login credentials.
Place a bid through GetmoBID.com Auction Platfrom from the start of the auction until the auction closes. Please contact the Client Services team in the event should you need any assistance.
Watch your bids! If you are outbid in an online auction, you will be able to see this in real time. You can then counterbid.
After the auction has closed, you will be notified on the auction and lot detail pages as well as via email. If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an email from a closing manager shortly after the auction including details on closing instructions.
Online Auctions
At the stated date and time, the online auction will begin all the lots will be availabe for bidding. Clients are able to participate by bidding on the GetmoBID Auction Platfrom.
Bids will be accepted in the order they are received and the highest bid placed will win each lot. Please note that placing the leading bid before the online auction begins does not guarantee that another client will not outbid you before the auction closes.
